Natural gas & oil thermal oil boiler


1.Heating surface is composed of inner, middle and outer (or inner and outer) close-packed (the inner coil of the multi-layer coil is a thin row) circular coil, with a compact structure. The inner side of the inner coil (the inner coil of the multi-layer coil and the inner side of the middle coil) is the radiation heating surface, and the outer surface of the inner coil (the outer side of the middle coil in the multi-layer coil) and the coil constitute the convective heating surface.
2.Fuel burns and gives out heat in the inner coils (the middle coils among the multilayer coils); after radiant heating surface absorbing a lot of heat, the high temperature gas enters into the convection heating surface to transfer heat and then discharged out of the furnace through the exhaust gas outlet.
3.Multiple coils are combined in parallel, the medium is low in and high out, and there is no "dead corner" in the medium cavity. The medium gas generated during operation is not easy to exist in the furnace, which increases the safety of crossing the road.
4.Flue gas discharged from the boiler is generally around 300°C and contains a lot of heat energy. The waste heat boiler can recover part of the heat energy and produce hot water for life and production use. For units that do not use hot water, an air preheater can be configured to preheat the air involved in combustion, which can improve the thermal efficiency of the boiler and save fuel.
