Features

1.With the horizontal type,wetback and three-back haul structure design,boiler has a compact structure,reasonable layout and good-looking appearance.

6.The application of such enhancement components of heat transfer as the corrugated furnace and spirally corrugated tubes not only intensifies the turbulent heat transfer for the high temperature flue gas but also relieves the thermal expansion of the furnace body effectively.
7.The corrugated furnace is placed in the middle of the second layer of the smoke tube, and the heat transfer surface is effectively absorbed while the thermal expansion and contraction stress is effectively absorbed. Increasing the thermal efficiency of the boiler extends the life of the boiler.
8.All-around defensive function of the safety interlock can ensure the boiler to run safety and efficiently.

Compared with the advantages of coal-fired boilers

1. The quality control of the two types of boilers is the same, and they must go through hydraulic test and weld flaw detection. The gas boiler adopts corrugated furnace, so the technical level is higher.
2. The gas boiler is more intelligent and has a higher degree of automation. According to customer requirements, we can realize remote monitoring, even if we are not in use, we can know the operation of the boiler at any time and control the start and stop of the boiler.
3. More environmentally friendly. Exhaust gas treatment combined with low-nitrogen burners can reduce exhaust nitrogen oxide emissions to less than 30 mg.
4. The boiler can be applied to a variety of fuels: natural gas, liquefied petroleum gas, diesel, heavy oil, etc.
5. It can be designed as a skid-mounted boiler (installation of auxiliary boiler accessories in the factory), saving customers installation costs and time.
