4Using advanced EDA design technology, detailed calculation of furnace body structure and size, effective control of flue gas flow rate and resistance, reasonable and full use of flame and flue gas heat exchange, and improve the thermal efficiency of the boiler.
5 The application of the corrugated furnace structure not only increases the heating area but also increases the disturbance of the flue gas, and the application of the threaded smoke tube technology increases the convective heating surface.
6. The low-level combustion chamber is designed to keep a larger water level safety space and minimize the hazards of water shortage accidents.
7 Using reasonable structural design and excellent fire-resistant and heat-insulating materials, the surface temperature of the furnace body is greatly reduced, so that the surface temperature is lower than 50 degrees (higher than the national standard), reducing heat loss and improving the thermal efficiency of the boiler.
