coal & biomass fired hot water boiler
Features
1. The drum is composed of arched tube sheet and threaded smoke tube. The pot shell is changed from quasi-rigidity to quasi-elasticity to prevent cracks in the tube sheet. Compared with the flat tube sheet, the arched tube sheet has better deformability, which reduces the damage of the tube sheet caused by the thermal expansion and contraction of the pipeline.
2. There is a baffle plate in the boiler header, which increases the heat exchange time of the hot water in the convection tube bundle and further improves the thermal efficiency.
3. The use of backwater jets and the elimination of the front drop tube improves the reliability of the water circulation and prevents the occurrence of tube bursts due to poor water circulation.
4. The use of threaded smoke tube in the heat exchange tube in the drum can not only increase the heat exchange area, but also the flue gas spirally advances in the smoke tube to prevent the accumulation of dust.
5. The length of the back arch of the furnace is lengthened to further improve the combustion conditions and make the applicability of the boiler to fuel more extensive.

Faq
The manufacturing standards and testing methods of hot water boilers are the same as those of steam boilers, and both must pass radiographic flaw detection and hydraulic test.
The design pressure of a conventional hot water boiler is generally between 0.7Mpa-1.6Mpa, the outlet water temperature is 95°C, and the return water temperature is 70°C (the temperature difference between the outlet and return water temperature is between 20-30°C, and the boiler is in the best operating state)
The heating area of the 0.7mw hot water boiler is not less than 6000 square meters, and the hourly hot water circulation is not less than 24 cubic meters.
